The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia invites business representatives to the second theme week "Space" at the World Exhibition

In connection with the presentation of our economy at the World Exhibition "Dubai Expo 2020", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS) invites business representatives and entrepreneurs from the metal and electrical industry to apply for participation in the second theme week named "Space" by September 3.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia invites companies from the metal and electrical sectors that deal with space and aviation technologies, technologies for the production of "mini" satellites (CubeSat), aviation industry, innovations, as well as technologically innovative startups and companies engaged in development and research in these areas, to apply for participation in the theme week 2 "Space", to be held within the World Exhibition "Dubai Expo 2020" from October 17 to 23.

Space exploration is rapidly gaining in importance and becoming one of the most important areas of development at the global technological level, and the participation of Serbian companies in this theme week provides a unique opportunity to establish contact with potential partners from the United Arab Emirates and other participating countries.

"Serbia has a lot to show in the field of advanced technologies used in space research, aviation and related activities. We have successful and innovative companies that will have the opportunity to present their production and technological programs in this sector, as well as relevant research and scientific institutions that can present their innovations and find potential subcontractors, suppliers, associates and investors from different countries and continents. The presence of relevant global institutions and manufacturers in the field of space technology and aviation industry at the Expo is a significant opportunity for our companies and institutions to become more visible and establish cooperation with major systems such as NASA, European Space Agency (ESA), SPACE X, BOEING“, says Marko Selaković, head of the PKS office in Dubai and B2B director of "Dubai Expo 2020", expressing confidence that Serbian companies will successfully present themselves in this area of production.

During the "Dubai EXPO 2020", 10 theme weeks will be held, starting with Climate & Biodiversity, followed by Space (October 17-23), Urban & Rural Development (October 31-November 6), Tolerance & Inclusivity (November 14-20), Knowledge & Learning (December 12-18), Travel & Connectivity (January 9-15), Global Goals (January 16-22), Health & Wellness (January 27-February 2), Food, Agriculture & Livelihoods (February 17-23) and Water (March 20-26).
